FrameLab Video Analyzer is provided by Sonic Systems Inc. This policy describes the first Android release and this website. Questions or privacy requests: support@framevideolab.com.
Your videos and annotations
FrameLab opens videos you select through Android's document picker, Share, or Open with. It decodes and displays those videos on your device. We do not upload your videos or drawings to a server. Your video provider, including a cloud photo service, may download videos or process information under its own privacy policy.
Drawings, zoom, and loop settings are temporary review state. Loading another video or losing the app process discards that state. FrameLab does not edit or delete the original video. It does not automatically identify people, track bodies, or evaluate athletic technique.
Free video allowance
To provide three initial video reviews and then one per day, FrameLab stores hashed video identifiers and usage dates in private local app storage. This information is not sent to Sonic Systems Inc. The app excludes its usage and purchase preferences from Android backup and device transfer.
Purchases and restoration
Google Play handles the optional one-time Unlimited purchase. FrameLab receives purchase information, including the product, purchase token, status and signed receipt, to verify and restore access. It stores verified purchase information locally for offline access and communicates with Google Play to query and acknowledge purchases.
FrameLab does not receive your payment-card details. Google processes payment, account and related service information under its own privacy policy and terms. Google Play may make transaction records, platform diagnostics and aggregate store reports available to the publisher. We use information made available to us as needed to manage the app, resolve purchase issues and meet accounting or legal obligations.
No app advertising or analytics
FrameLab does not include advertising or analytics SDKs and does not require a FrameLab account. We do not receive video, drawing or allowance telemetry from the app. Google Play and your Android device may process diagnostics under their own settings and policies.
This website
This website is hosted by Cloudflare. Delivering and securing the site involves processing technical request information such as IP addresses, requested URLs, browser information and timestamps. Cloudflare handles that information according to its privacy policy and applicable service terms.
We do not add advertising trackers, analytics scripts or marketing cookies to this website. The app screenshots show sample sports footage reviewed in FrameLab. This website does not request or upload your videos. Links to external services are governed by those services' policies.
Contacting support
If you email us, we receive your email address and the information you choose to provide. We use it to respond, troubleshoot problems, manage requests and protect our services. Our email service provider processes those messages on our behalf. Please do not send private videos, passwords or payment-card information.
We retain support correspondence only as needed for those purposes and applicable legal obligations. To request access, correction or deletion of personal information you have sent us, email support@framevideolab.com. We may need to verify the request and may retain records required for legal compliance or unresolved disputes. We do not sell your personal information.
Local retention and deletion
Clear FrameLab's app storage in Android settings or uninstall the app to remove its local allowance and cached purchase data. This does not delete your original videos, cancel a purchase, or delete Google's transaction records. Restore purchases can recover Unlimited using the same eligible Google Play account. Google controls retention of its records and handles applicable purchase/refund requests.
Children and privacy
FrameLab has no account registration, age collection, social messaging or media-upload service. We do not knowingly collect children's personal information through support. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us so we can review and delete it as appropriate. A parent or guardian should handle support inquiries involving a child.
Changes to this policy
We will update this page and the effective date when our data practices change. Material changes will be communicated as appropriate through the app or this website.
Need help with a video or purchase?
If a cloud video will not open, download it in your photo app and share it to FrameLab again. Video compatibility depends on your device and the source format. For an existing Unlimited purchase, use Restore purchases while connected to Google Play with the account that made the purchase.
